Andrew was born in Azerbaijan’s capital, Baku. In age of 8 his parents moved to Tabriz Azerbaijan section of Iran. He completed his high school in Tabriz. His passion for painting started in mid-school. In age of 12 he joined master Baageri art class. Master Baageri was the most know Persian artist who created many intricate designs in Persian style graphic art. Such as master Behzad’s miniature paintings and his book collections. Andrew studied for 5 years under this master and in same time studied and practiced Persian miniature painting. In age 16 he got the first prize in Persian painting competition held in Ramsar-Iran from Ostad Farshchian. Andrew has completed his BS Degree in engineering from Phalavi University Shiraz Iran. He also studied under Persian miniature Master, Ostad Mahmod Farshchian and continued Mr Farshchian’s style of miniature painting and created a unique 3 dimension miniature painting for the first time. He completed his master and PhD degree in Mechanical engineering from Cal poly and Washington state university. In 1986 he designed an electric car which won the first prize in California electric Automobile Association with 230 miles per charge. Andrew continued his miniature till present time as his hobby. He Lives in Colorado Springs and advancing his 3D miniature techniques to the higher level.
